This policy explains how JAX AI Holdings LLC, doing business as Auto Shop Technology, handles information in its Services, including LoanerCarApp.

What we collect

Account information (names, business details, email, phone); information you enter into the Services, such as your customers' names, contact details, driver's license and insurance details, vehicle information and photos; and basic technical data such as logs and error reports.

How we use it

To provide, secure, support and improve the Services, to bill for subscriptions, and to contact you about your account.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services (such as hosting, email, text messaging, payment processing and error monitoring), when required by law, or with your permission.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legal and business records, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us.
