Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We don't give refunds for partial months.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the incorrect charge.

Free plan

The free plan has no charges. If you cancel a paid plan you move back to the free plan and keep your data.

Deposits and charges collected by shops

Loaner vehicle deposits and rental charges are collected by the shop or rental business you rent from, not by Auto Shop Technology. Refunds of those amounts are handled by that business under its own rental policy.
