Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of software provided under the Auto Shop Technology brand, including LoanerCarApp (the "Services"). The Services are provided by JAX AI Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the people you give access to, and keeping your login details secure. You must give accurate business information when you sign up.

Plans and billing

Some plans are free and some are paid by monthly subscription. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled, and are charged to the payment method on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Payments you collect

Where the Services let you collect money from your own customers (for example loaner vehicle deposits), those payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly to your own Stripe account. You are the seller of record for those transactions and are responsible for your own pricing, refunds, disputes, taxes and compliance with the Stripe Services Agreement.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Services. We use it only to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Services for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to interfere with the Services or other customers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
